Tasks

- Overseeing daily portfolio management workflows, including validating the implementation of investment strategies - Ensuring the integrity of the investment philosophy through the portfolio construction process - Generating original and differentiated risk management ideas throughout the investment process - Developing tools to evaluate and improve portfolio implementation and performance - Promoting signal enhancement initiatives in partnership with research teams and developing independent research ideas - Crafting the analytical narrative for client communications and presentations - Frequent interaction with the solutions team to resolve investment, technical, or operational challenges

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, finance, statistics, computer science, economics, or mathematics - Programming skills required; Python preferred - Strong understanding of accounting and financial analysis - Deep interest in investing and financial markets - Ability to clearly communicate complex quantitative concepts - A strong track record of self-directed projects or research - Strong integrity
