Tasks

• Taking a leading role in our CHF bond strategies and ensuring continuity of excellence
• Strengthening our lending business and driving further growth
• Support our team in the management of CHF 4 billion in funds and mandates
• Strengthening our institutional reputation and working with Swiss issuers
• Position our CHF products in the market and increase visibility
• The specific tasks include:
  • Ensure continuity of excellence and protect our top reputation in the institutional business
  • Drive performance and innovation in CHF credit products and strengthen our research and reporting on Swiss issuers
  • Increase the visibility of our CHF offering through customer engagement, exchange of ideas and market positioning
  • Contribute directly to the growth of our assets under management by expanding our capacity to meet client demand

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of experience in CHF bond portfolio management with a solid track record in institutional strategies
• Strong expertise in credit analysis of Swiss issuers, with ESG know-how as an advantage
• Good knowledge of quantitative finance and macroeconomics
• Excellent skills in using portfolio management IT systems and analysis tools
• Strong presentation, communication and customer engagement skills with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Fluent in German and English; French or Italian is an advantage
• Excellent Master's degree in finance, economics or a related field; CFA or equivalent is a plus
