Tasks

• Analysis of economic and political data to formulate strategic proposals and adjust the fixed income strategy
• Participation in the preparation of fixed income budgets as part of the strategic asset allocation and investment budget
• Formulation of recommendations for optimizing the risk-return ratio
• Active participation in the management of interest rate risk from an ALM perspective
• Management of several fixed income portfolios of the Vaudoise Assurances Group (bonds and loans to private and public entities)
• Credit analysis for a limited number of Swiss issuers
• Management of Group treasury and derivative programs

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in an equivalent position and overall experience in the financial markets
• Degree in finance or an equivalent qualification
• Very good knowledge of the markets for interest rates, currencies, equities and derivative products
• Knowledge of the special features of the insurance sector, in particular SST, ALM, straight-line amortization and accounting standards
• Confirmed experience in the functioning of stock exchanges as well as middle and back office activities
• Knowledge of the operational, administrative and tax aspects of managing bonds, equities, derivative products and treasury
• Good understanding of cash flows in insurance for optimized liquidity management
• Clear, effective communication skills, written and verbal, and acting as a resource for colleagues
• Autonomy, accuracy and results orientation, presentation of the company in professional networks
• Strong client focus, developing relevant recommendations, tracking key performance indicators and ensuring proper implementation of projects
