Senior Portfolio Manager (h/f/x)

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Portfolio Manager (h/f/x) to join our Asset Management team in Lausanne, Switzerland. The position is filled at 80-100%.

Tasks

* Analyzing economic and political data, to formulate strategic proposals and adjust the fixed income strategy * Participation in the preparation of fixed income budgets as part of the strategic asset allocation and investment budget * Formulation of recommendations to optimize the risk/return ratio * Active participation in the management of interest rate risk as part of ALM (asset and liability management) * Management of several fixed income portfolios of the Vaudoise Assurances Group (bonds and loans to private and public entities)Liability Management) * Management of several fixed income portfolios of the Vaudoise Assurances Group (bonds and loans to private and public entities) * Credit analysis for a limited number of Swiss issuers * Participation in the management of Group treasury and derivative programs

Requirements

* At least 10 years of experience in an equivalent position and overall experience in financial markets * University degree in finance or equivalent qualification * Very good knowledge of interest rate, currency, equity and derivative markets * Familiarity with the specifics of the insurance sector, in particular SST, ALM, linear depreciation and accounting standards * Experience with the functioning of stock exchanges and middle and back office activities * Familiarity with the operational, administrative and tax aspects of managing bonds, equities, derivative products and treasury * Good understanding of insurance cash flows for optimized liquidity management
