Migros Bank is looking for a senior private client advisor and branch representative for its Zug branch who wants to help shape the future of client advisory services and drive forward the digitalization of banking. The role involves managing key client portfolios, overseeing day-to-day operations, and acquiring new clients.

Tasks
- Support and development of our own sophisticated key system
- As location representative (acting) for the Zug branch:
- daily decisions
- Conducting stand-up meetings
- Technical supervision of daily work (no line management)
Requirements
- 5 - 10 years Retail Banking
- Completed degree (university/ETH, PH, HF) in banking/finance
- German (business fluent)
- In-depth expertise in the areas of investments, financing, and retirement planning
- Flexibility to actively develop customer relationships and maintain them over the long term
- Experience in the successful acquisition of new customers
- Flair and pleasure in recognizing customer needs, providing holistic advice and inspiring them with suitable financial solutions
