Permanent position (open-ended) | Immediately or by agreement

Tasks

• Customer focus Long-term sales and customer relationships within the framework of our established customer and solution expertise
• Support and development of our own demanding key clientele
• As a site representative (deputy for the Zug branch), responsible for at least the daily kick-off meeting, conducting stand-up meetings, and supervising the daily work (no line management).

Profile

• 5–10 years of retail banking, banking/finance
• Completed degree (university/ETH, PH, HF), banking/finance
• German (business fluent)
• Thanks to your experience in advising private clients, you have in-depth expertise in the areas of investments, finance, and retirement planning.
• Flexibility to actively develop customer relationships and maintain them over the long term
• Experience in the successful acquisition of new customers
• Flexibility and enjoyment in identifying customer needs, providing comprehensive advice, and inspiring them with the right financial solutions
