Zuger Kantonalbank is seeking a Senior Retail Client Advisor for its Ost-Rosental branch to actively support and advise clients in the canton of Zug. The position requires a completed business education, several years of professional experience in banking, as well as a strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.
Your tasks
- Consulting for existing and potential customers
- Active Management and Further Development of Customer Relationships
- Development and implementation of consulting strategies and their execution
- Establishing and Maintaining Customer Relationships
- Processing customer inquiries and questions raised during customer consultations
- Ongoing professional development and the advancement of their knowledge and skills in the field of consulting
Our requirements
- Completed business training (Federal Vocational School), strong performance in banking
- Several years of professional experience in the banking industry
- Work experience in customer service and support
- A strong focus on customer service and relationship building
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
