Senior Product Manager - Digital Assets Custody & Staking Team

Tasks

• Taking over key components and initiatives of the Digital Assets Custody & Staking platform and working closely with other product managers in the team
• Formulation of product vision and strategy and translation of high-level functions into processes, user stories, and workflows
• Implementation of new features through close collaboration with the development teams and their release to Sygnum's global customer base
• Coordination with other teams within the bank and external stakeholders (including customers) to ensure that the product roadmap and priorities align with the objectives of all relevant stakeholders
• Leading analysis initiatives to expand Sygnum's offering in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a top-tier consulting firm or as a (technical) product/program manager in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment
• Strong passion, interest, and knowledge in the areas of digital asset custody, staking, DeFi, and blockchain
• Ability and willingness to delve deeply into technical details without losing sight of the big picture
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail
• Good team player and ability to communicate effectively in English at all levels
• Academic degree in computer science, finance, or a related field from a recognized university with a track record of outstanding academic performance
• A technical background, practical experience in coding, and a good understanding of cryptography are a definite advantage.
