Senior Product Manager Mortgages and Corporate Loans (all) 80–100%

Permanent position (open-ended) - immediate start or by agreement - option to work from home - location-independent working

Tasks

• Testing and implementing product- and price-related innovations, from the initial idea to customer centricity and technical scaling
• Monitoring and analyzing trends and developments in the credit and mortgage business as well as regulatory requirements in order to define a viable package of measures for the successful expansion of our credit business
• Recognizing the interfaces with segment and sales management, legal and compliance, treasury, operations, risk, IT, and other key areas of the bank
• Contribute to credit risk strategy, processes, and systems

Profile

• At least 5 years in product management, advising credit institutions, or similar positions
• Completed degree (university/ETH, PH, HF)
• Ideally, experience in credit and mortgage banking, economics, business administration, or a similar field of study
• In-depth expertise in lending and mortgage business, particularly in pricing, regulatory requirements (Basel III), and corporate and commercial banking
• Excellent communication skills with all relevant stakeholders, ideal for senior management
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills paired with a pragmatic approach and problem-solving abilities. Quantitative data analysis with a focus on profitability drivers.
