Senior Product Manager - Tokenization

Tasks

As a Senior Product Manager on the Tokenization Team, you will play a key role in developing and scaling Sygnam’s tokenization platform and on-chain investment solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Owner and operator of Sygnam’s tokenization platform and on-chain investment initiatives, ensuring successful delivery to Sygnam’s global customers
• Collaborate with customers, partners, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into product specifications, user stories, and workflows
• Lead the development and launch of new features to scale Sygnam’s tokenization platform, working closely with engineering teams throughout the entire product lifecycle
• Support in defining and refining the vision and strategy of the tokenization platform, taking into account customer needs, market trends, and technical capabilities
• Conducting analyses and identifying opportunities to expand Sygnam’s on-chain solution and tokenization offerings

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is passionate about the future of blockchain, tokenization, and decentralized finance, and who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. Required qualifications include:

• Several years of relevant experience, ideally at a top-tier consulting firm or as a product manager in a dynamic technology or fintech environment
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, finance, or a related field
• Strong interest in digital assets, tokenization, blockchain, and DeFi
• Ability to delve deeply into technical topics while maintaining a strategic perspective
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Fluent in English

Nice to Have

Additional qualifications that are advantageous:

• Technical background with practical coding experience
• Understanding Blockchain Infrastructure
• Experience in developing blockchain-based financial products
