Senior Product Owner - Digital Payments & Compliance 100% (f/m/d)

Tasks

As Senior Product Owner - Digital Payments & Compliance, you will be responsible for digital payment capabilities, including eBill, instant payments, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Your tasks will include:

• The application of design thinking and user journey mapping to translate complex regulatory and operational requirements into simple, digital interactions.
• Creating client-centered product designs by leading workshops with CX/UI/UX designers.
• Defining, prioritizing, and managing the product backlog with JIRA.
• Coordination with the legal, compliance, IT security, and payment operations teams to ensure usability, security, regulatory, and operational requirements are met.
• Support for UAT and regulatory testing phases.

Requirements

The following requirements apply to this position:

• 5-7 years of experience in digital payments, digital banking products, or fintech compliance within a regulated financial institution or payment service provider.
• Deep expertise in Swiss and European payment systems and regulations, including PSD2, RTS/SCA, eBill legislation, ISO 20022, SEPA Instant Credit Transfer (SCT Inst), and SIX Instant Payments.
• Experience as a product owner in agile projects, ideally in large core banking or e-banking transformation projects.
• Practical experience with JIRA for backlog management, sprint planning, and feature/user story dependencies.
• Ability to write high-quality user stories with clear definitions of "ready" and "done."
