Senior Product Specialist – Pricing Tools & Digital Solutions

Tasks

The tasks include:

• Independent collection and definition of functional and non-functional requirements
• Clear documentation of prerequisites, actions, and expected results
• Transformation of high-level business requirements into detailed, testable user stories, including edge cases and error handling scenarios
• Agile Ceremonies: Leading sprint planning and refinement sessions by clarifying requirements and goals
• Owner of the product backlog, ensuring that items are well defined, prioritized, and continuously maintained
• Conducting independent analyses of pricing and user behavior data to inform features and business processes
• Full responsibility for quality assurance of the solution, test results, evaluation against business expectations, and formal acceptance or rejection of results from the development team
• Supporting the strategic alignment of stakeholders: preparing and presenting compelling materials to obtain approval and formal authorization from management and key stakeholders

Requirements

The requirements include:

• 6+ years of professional experience in the banking, financial services, or management consulting industry, with proven involvement in pricing strategies, tool development, process redesign, and large-scale implementation projects
• Deep understanding of asset management, banking operations, and, in particular, pricing mechanisms in financial institutions
• Strong passion for product design, digital solution development, and precise documentation of business specifications
• Proven ability to mediate between technical teams and business partners and promote collaboration across functions
• Action-oriented, proactive mindset that takes responsibility for project implementation and content creation and can translate concepts into manageable plans
• Highly analytical and solution-oriented, with solid technical curiosity and attention to detail
