Senior Product Manager, Retirement Solutions

Your tasks

• Responsibility for a coordinating role and collaboration with various departments (sales units, specialized departments, IT, Legal, and many others)

Your profile

• A bachelor's or associate's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
• At least 6 years of experience in product management in the finance and insurance industries
• Knowledge of the pension business is a plus
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills, along with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• A strong interest in IT systems and digitalization, as well as an interest in technological innovations
• Strong interpersonal skills and a resilient personality, combined with a strong work ethic and the ability to take initiative
• Strong communication skills in German
