Senior Program Manager, Strategy & Transformation

Tasks

You are a role model and leader who is eager and bold in contributing to breaking new ground. - Implementation of strategic initiatives - Development of well-founded, conceptual solutions for complex problems and strategic issues - Conducting structured analyses (impact analyses, business cases, scenario evaluations) to support decision-making - Reporting to senior management and preparing decision-making documentation

Requirements

- 8 to 10 years of experience in project management and digital transformation, as well as extensive experience in banking - Master’s degree (university or university of applied sciences) in Business Administration / Banking & Finance - Language skills: - German (business fluent) - French (preferred) - English (fluent) - Strong conceptual and analytical skills, along with the ability to break down and communicate complex issues in a structured manner - In-depth banking expertise combined with a solid understanding of IT to evaluate projects and provide recommendations - Management and leadership skills demonstrated through the effective management of teams, projects, etc. - Strong communication skills and assertiveness - Results-oriented, a doer who rolls up their sleeves and gets things done
