Senior Program Manager, Strategy & Transformation

Migros Bank is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Strategy & Transformation to implement strategic initiatives and drive corporate culture. The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of experience in project management and digital transformation, as well as extensive knowledge of the Swiss banking sector.

Tasks

- Implementation of strategic initiatives - Development of well-founded, conceptual solutions for complex problems and strategic issues - Conducting structured analyses (impact analyses, business cases, scenario evaluations) to support decision-making - Reporting to senior management and preparing decision-making materials

Requirements

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in project management and digital transformation, as well as extensive experience in the Swiss banking sector
  • Master's degree program (university, university of applied sciences) in Business Administration / Banking & Finance
  • German (business fluent), French (an advantage), English (fluent)
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills, as well as the ability to organize and communicate complex concepts in a structured manner
  • In-depth banking knowledge combined with a solid understanding of IT, enabling the evaluation of projects and the provision of recommendations
  • Management and leadership skills demonstrated through the effective management of teams, team leads, project managers, etc.
  • Communication skills and strong assertiveness
  • Knowledge-driven, a doer who can roll up their sleeves and get things done
