Senior Project Lead - FX, PM & ETDS e-Trading

Job Title

• Senior Project Lead - FX, PM & ETDS e-Trading 100% (f/m/d)
• Contract through our external payroll partner, immediate start for 12 months, with the possibility of extension
• Location: Zurich

Your Position

• Lead the definition of requirements, target state designs, product roadmaps, and solution delivery for FX, precious metals (PM), and exchange-traded derivatives (ETDs) to drive decision-making in a matrix environment without direct reporting lines
• Ensure coordination with stakeholders across the entire spectrum, including Business, Client Management, Credit, Trading Channels, Trade Risk Controls, Access Management, and Order Management, to achieve production readiness
• Serves as the primary SME (Subject Matter Expert), bridging the gap between business requirements and technological delivery, as well as guiding solution decisions
• Coordination of end-to-end system integration, testing, migration planning, and operational environments while managing complex changes
• Ensuring successful delivery through proactive management of dependencies, risks, schedules, and stakeholder expectations

Your profile

• More than 7 years of experience delivering initiatives in the areas of trading, execution, FX, capital markets, and platform transformation in private banking, wealth management, or financial services, with a proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives
• Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements and practical solutions, supported by strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
• A college degree in business administration, finance, economics, information management, or a related field; relevant project experience, consulting experience, and Agile or project management certifications are a plus
• In-depth knowledge of financial markets and digital platform delivery, including expertise in FX, capital markets, or related financial instruments and trading platforms
• Proven ability to lead complex projects in fast-paced environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with strong influence across business, technology, and compliance teams
• Enjoy working in a matrix and agile environment, with a focus on action rather than end-user experience and effective communication. Be highly flexible and pragmatic, while remaining highly adaptable, resilient, and solution-oriented in the face of complex changes.
