Senior Project Lead - Pricing & Tax 80-100% (m/f/d)Tasks
- Supporting pricing and tax executives in coordinating, structuring, and documenting stakeholders across various functional areas
- Ability to communicate with high-level stakeholders at the executive level
- Preparing thorough documentation for business sign-off meetings to provide a structured framework for informed decisions
- Acts as an interface and coordinator between the Pricing and Tax departments and other relevant stakeholders and the technical processes and functionalities in the new core banking system
- Ensuring targeted and structured escalation
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in the banking or financial services sector with a strong focus on transformation projects, e.g., implementation of a core banking system
- Extensive experience in pricing, pricing strategy, special terms and conditions, fees, and special terms and conditions processing
- Experience and awareness of corporate tax and VAT matters
- Strong understanding of the differences and implications of a new pricing model in a new core banking system
- Strong understanding of financial products and their procedural interaction with tax and pricing reviews
- Experience with legacy system migration, including planning, execution and post-implementation review
- Understanding of enterprise architecture principles and data modeling as an advantage
- Structured communicator with the ability to engage effectively across different stakeholder levels and ensure clarity and alignment
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accurate, high-quality documentation and precise capture of business requirements
- Senior experience representing and advocating for pricing and tax interests in large transformation programs
- Integrative team player with a hands-on delivery focus, experienced in multicultural, interdisciplinary environments
