Senior Project Lead - Pricing & Tax 80-100% (f/m/d) - (Contract through our external payroll partner with immediate start date until March 31, 2028, with possible extension)Tasks
- Support from stakeholders across functional areas
- Supporting pricing and tax managers in coordinating, structuring, and documenting
- Ability to communicate with high-level stakeholders at the executive level
- Preparing thorough documentation for business sign-off meetings to provide a structured framework for informed decisions
- Act as an interface and coordinator between pricing and tax departments, other relevant stakeholders, and the technical processes and functionalities in the new core banking system
- Ensuring targeted and structured escalation
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in the banking or financial services sector with a strong focus on transformation projects, e.g., implementation of a core banking system
- Strong experience in pricing, pricing strategy, special conditions framework, fees, and special conditions processing
- Experience and awareness of corporate tax and VAT matters
- Strong understanding of the differences and implications of a new pricing model in a new core banking system
- Strong understanding of financial products and their procedural interaction with tax and pricing review
- Experience with legacy system migration, including planning, execution and post-implementation review
- Understanding of enterprise architecture principles and data modeling as an advantage
- Structured communicator with the ability to engage effectively across stakeholder levels and ensure clarity and alignment
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accurate, high-quality documentation and precise capture of business requirements
- Senior experience representing and advocating pricing and tax interests in major transformation programs
- Integrative team player with a hands-on delivery focus, experienced in multicultural, interdisciplinary
