Senior Project Lead - Pricing & Tax 80-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Supporting pricing and tax managers in coordinating, structuring, and documenting stakeholders across various functional areas
• Ability to communicate with high-level stakeholders at the ExL level
• Preparing thorough documentation for business approval meetings to provide a structured framework for informed decisions
• Act as an interface and coordinator between the Pricing and Tax departments and other relevant stakeholders, and the technical processes and functionalities in the new core banking system
• Ensuring targeted and structured escalation

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in the banking or financial services sector with a strong focus on transformation projects, e.g., implementation of a core banking system
• Extensive experience in pricing, pricing strategy, special terms and conditions, fees, and special terms and conditions processing
• Experience and awareness of corporate tax and VAT matters
• Strong understanding of the differences and implications of a new pricing model in a new core banking system
• Strong understanding of financial products and their procedural interdependence with tax and pricing reviews
• Experience with legacy system migration, including planning, execution and post-implementation review
• Understanding of enterprise architecture principles and data modeling as an advantage
• Structured communicator with the ability to engage effectively across different stakeholder levels and ensure clarity and alignment
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accurate, high-quality documentation and precise capture of business requirements
• Senior experience representing and advocating pricing and tax interests in major transformation programs
• Integrative team player with a hands-on delivery focus, experienced in multicultural, interdisciplinary teams
