Senior Project Lead Tokenization

Tasks

As a Senior Project Lead within Sygnam's tokenization team, you will lead complex, customer-focused initiatives that enable the design, implementation, and rollout of tokenized financial solutions and on-chain infrastructures. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Leading and executing tokenization projects in collaboration with internal teams from finance, technology, legal, compliance, and operations
• Assume the role of customer-focused project and engagement lead, with responsibility for managing senior stakeholders among customers, partners, and industry participants.
• Coordinating and steering initiatives focused on the comprehensive integration of tokenized traditional securities, on-chain infrastructures, and blockchain-based financial solutions to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation
• Structuring complex problems and translating strategic ideas into executable project plans
• Connecting the big picture across markets, regulation, technology, and financial products
• Ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple work streams and stakeholders
• Contribution to the further development of Sygnam's tokenization capabilities, services, and operating models
• Proactively identifying opportunities to improve working methods and embrace new approaches and innovative solutions

Requirements

Our ideal candidate has:

• 7+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally in: management consulting, banking or financial services, blockchain, crypto, or digital assets
• Strong conceptual understanding of tokenization, blockchain, and on-chain infrastructure
• Strong understanding of traditional financial market structures and corresponding value chains
• Solid basic understanding of financial products
• Proven experience in managing complex, multi-stage projects
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong conceptual and strategic thinking to quickly synthesize complex issues
• Well-being in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Open to challenging conventions and exploring new ways of shaping financial markets
• Experience working in interdisciplinary teams covering finance, technology, and law
