About the job

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Asset Management team in Zurich.

Tasks

• Establishment of the newly founded "Client Investment Officer" to support Asset Management with strategic projects and to ensure day-to-day operations
• Independent management of programs and projects, such as support in the design and implementation of the asset management strategy, product and service offering, fund launches, platform and infrastructure components, etc.
• Design and maintenance of the process framework for the asset management department, including operational investment management, subscription and redemption processes internally and externally, international distribution and reporting
• Maintenance and further development of the asset management control system, including initial due diligence and ongoing monitoring of relevant service providers and protocol networks
• Maintain and develop the operational aspects of asset management solutions within the bank, including schedules, cut-off dates and all aspects of operational support for in-house clients

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a leading asset management company, strategy consulting firm or investment banking institution
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration or a related field
• Strong knowledge of program and project management, asset management processes and operations
• Strong experience in fund operations and fund distribution (professional and institutional clients) for alternative investment funds within a regulated Swiss bank
• Experience in increasing the scalability and efficiency of alternative investment solutions (including but not limited to Luxembourg and Cayman solutions) on a global scale
• Dynamic individual with a strong can-do attitude, able to adapt to a changing environment with frequent new tasks, take responsibility and enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment
• No interest in or knowledge of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
