Your tasks

• Taking charge of complex business projects that make a significant contribution to the implementation of our corporate strategic goals
• Active participation in and further development of sales and CRM processes within the scope of projects
• Control and coordination of budgets, deadlines, and quality standards
• Central contact person for internal departments, external partners, and management
• Preparation of meaningful reports, analyses, and presentations for decision-makers
• Promotion of best practices and continuous improvement in project management

Our requirements

• Completed degree in a relevant field or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in managing complex projects, ideally in the finance or insurance industry or in consulting
• Excellent experience in the sales project environment
• Highly solution-oriented and able to make quick decisions in critical situations, as well as working proactively to implement measures
• High level of organizational skills, assertiveness, and enthusiasm for change
• Excellent communication skills and a confident manner
• Analytical thinking skills and a solution-oriented approach to work
