- Leading CRM and sales automation initiatives with cross-functional impact
- Further development of our customer lifecycle logic and sales support processes
- Integration of new functionalities into existing system landscapes
- Management-level stakeholder engagement
- Ensuring governance, transparency, and sustainable implementation
Requirements
- Several years of experience leading complex CRM or sales transformation projects
- Proven track record in implementing or further developing CRM platforms or sales automation solutions
- Strong change management skills, ideally in highly regulated environments
- Understanding of the customer lifecycle, lead management, campaign management, and sales processes
- Confidence in dealing with various stakeholders, including senior management
- You combine a structured approach with strong execution skills and successfully bring complex initiatives to fruition
