Senior Quantitative Researcher - Macro

Tasks

As a Senior Quantitative Researcher - Macro, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quantitative research methods and models. You will be part of a team that systematically trades liquid futures and FX at various frequencies.

Requirements

* 4+ years of experience in researching and developing trading signals for futures and FX * Experience with computer-based trading and execution * Experience with programming languages, risk analysis, and technical skills * Strong understanding of trading costs and microstructure strategies * Strong technical skills and experience working with large data sets, particularly with Python and its scientific stack

* Strong academic record and a degree with a high mathematical, statistical, and computer science content * Hands-on attitude and willingness to engage with technology and projects within the company * Intellectually robust with a quantitative approach to problem solving * Adaptable with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to adapt to changing business requirements and priorities * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build close working relationships with quantitative researchers, technologists, and software developers
