Senior Real Estate
UBS is looking for a Senior Real Estate Manager in Zurich who will manage complex construction projects as the client's representative and ensure that they are completed on time, cost-effectively, and to a high standard. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and supervising construction projects and will work closely with internal and external partners.
The role
As the client's representative, you will manage the development of complex and challenging conversion and renovation projects in existing buildings and ensure that a feasible idea is turned into a user-friendly and sustainable solution. You will actively advise the internal future users, identify their diverse needs, draw up procedures, and monitor deadlines, costs, quality, and cost-effectiveness.Tasks
You are responsible for the following tasks:- Ensure the professional execution and goal-oriented implementation of mandated construction projects (delivery of internal and external services, adherence to specified deadlines, costs, quality standards, and appropriate risk management).
- Act as the UBS client representative (BHV) on behalf of Switzerland Real Estate & Services (SRE) during construction phases
- Leads, coordinates, and manages all construction and planning phases, ensures planning, implementation, execution, and handover of operations.
Requirements
With your performance-oriented and team-oriented approach, you will develop optimal solutions for our company. You will evaluate and manage external architects and planners, and oversee the various planning versions for renovators and contractors. You will be supported in this by in-house specialists.We offer
