Senior legal counsel with focus on derivatives / securities financing (f/m/d)

Job description

What can you expect?

• Comprehensive legal advice for specialized business areas of the Raiffeisen Group, in particular for the areas of trading and capital markets (incl. transactions and financial products in the sense of structured products)
• Focus on independent drafting and processing of contracts, in particular in the derivatives area (e.g. ISDA, SCSA, Swisscaps Lending/Borrowing i.a. GMAPLA) and preparation of legal opinions
• Participation in the expansion of new business areas, interdisciplinary cooperation with lawyers

What do you bring with you?

• Master's degree in law from a Swiss university, further legal qualifications (e.g. Swiss bar exam) an advantage
• 5-10 years of professional experience as a lawyer in the relevant areas of responsibility
• Motivation and ability to familiarize yourself with new areas of law and to analyze complex issues
• Very good knowledge of German and English - mother tongue is required
• Service orientation and the ability to work under deadline pressure
