Senior legal counsel with focus on derivatives / securities financing (f/m/d)
The Raiffeisen Group is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel with a focus on derivatives and securities financing who can provide comprehensive legal advice in specialized areas and independently draft and negotiate contracts. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in law and 5-10 years of professional experience as a lawyer in relevant areas of responsibility.
Job description
Tasks
- Comprehensive legal advice for specialized departments of the Raiffeisen Group, in particular in the areas of commercial and capital market law, transactions and financial products (including structured products)
- Focus on independent drafting and negotiation of contracts, in particular in the derivatives area (e.g. ISDA, SIA, GMRA) and repo (e.g. GMRA)
- Collaboration in the development of new business products
- Participation in the development of new business products
Requirements
- Master's degree in law from a Swiss university with legal qualifications (ex. Swiss bar exam)
- 5-10 years of professional experience as a lawyer in the relevant areas of responsibility
- Mobility and the ability to familiarize yourself with new areas of law
- Very good knowledge of German and English; knowledge of French is required
