Job description
Tasks
- Comprehensive legal advice for specialized areas of the Raiffeisen Group (e.g. investment banking, trading, capital markets incl. transactions and financial products (including structured products))
- Drafting and administration of contracts (e.g. in connection with trading and securities transactions)
- Collaboration on topics relating to market behavior and equity market regulation
- Contributing to the development of new business models in regulatory and Group strategy projects
Requirements
- Master's degree in law or from a Swiss university, confirmed by a one-year internship in Switzerland or abroad as a legal or judicial secretary or lawyer in the relevant areas of responsibility
- Motivation and ability to familiarize yourself with and deepen your knowledge of new areas of law
- Very good knowledge of German and English; French is required
- Service-oriented, focused on the needs of internal customers; discreet, loyal and diplomatic
