Tasks

• Onboarding, contract design and management of Red Team members
• Relationship management with Red Team members, Blue Teams and other stakeholders
• Collaboration with blue teams and management
• Development of reports on results, analyses and recommendations
• Delivery of operational briefings and provision of technical cyber security expertise

Requirements

• Strong background and experience in cyber security in the financial sector
• Familiarity with red team testing, cyber attack chains and the tools, techniques and procedures used by advanced cyber threat actors
• Familiarity with the key cyber security concerns of large financial sector organizations and the primary defensive techniques and approaches used to combat these concerns
• Experience implementing or working with regulatory red team frameworks such as CBEST, ICAST and TIBER
• Excellent written and verbal English skills and the ability to describe highly technical and complex issues in a business-oriented and risk-centered manner to a variety of technical and senior stakeholders
• Proven experience in managing high-level stakeholders and relationships
• Proven project management skills
• Technical certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, OSCP, etc.
