Senior Relationship Manager, DLT & Corporate Clients (80-100%)

As a Senior Relationship Manager for DLT and Enterprise clients at Sygnum, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships in the digital asset space. Your main tasks will include acquiring new clients, servicing existing clients and working with internal departments to provide customized solutions.

Tasks

  • Taking responsibility for acquiring and maintaining new customer relationships through active networking within the industry.
  • Monitor multiple potential clients and prioritize efforts to ensure appropriate responses to their needs, including failed/digital asset transactions, trade orders, loans, etc.
  • Management of the customer onboarding process together with internal stakeholders (legal & compliance, operations) and external service providers.
  • Collaboration with other departments (asset management or retail) to develop customized solutions for the target clientele.
  • Updating and maintaining the CRM for an accurate record of all relationships.
  • Maintain an expert level of understanding of the crypto market landscape by understanding Sygnum's offering and strengths, attending conferences, understanding regulatory developments and building a strong institutional and professional prospect network.

Requirements

  • BSc/BA in Business Administration, Finance or related field; MSc/MBA/CFA is a plus.
  • You have relevant professional experience (5+ years) in customer service/client care for private or institutional clients.
  • You have a proven consultative mentality and analytical skills, mixed with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy with a hands-on mentality.
  • Experience in onboarding clients (private clients and legal entities) and familiarity with Swiss banking regulations and onboarding documents, in particular CBI20.
  • Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English. German is a plus.
