Tasks

• Takeover of an existing customer portfolio
• Development of new customer relationships, contribution of existing customer relationships and responsibility for the acquisition of new business from existing customers
• Acts as a trusted advisor to customers and prospects by providing recommendations that span multiple products and services
• Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs, preferences and overall wealth and be responsive to changes in the business environment or clients' needs
• Effectively manage the client book and act as a relationship spokesperson responsible for the client experience
• Integration of specialists, service officers and other expert resources to ensure the integrated delivery of investment, credit and banking solutions

Requirements

• Training in the field of finance or business
• At least five years of experience as a relationship manager (experience in supporting external asset managers (EAM) is a plus)
• A good network of potential customers
• A customer-oriented person with exceptional interpersonal skills, high motivation and entrepreneurial spirit
• Solution-oriented and considerable sales and financial knowledge
• Proactive, analytical and structured
• A team player who is willing to go the extra mile and is committed to delivering a consistently high level of service
• Fluent in German, English
