About the role

We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our rapidly growing Private Banking team in Abu Dhabi.

Tasks

• Takes responsibility for acquiring and maintaining new client relationships with a focus on private and corporate clients;
• Monitors multiple prospects and prioritizes efforts to anticipate customer needs and ensure appropriate responses are provided;
• Executes the client onboarding process together with internal stakeholders (Legal & Compliance, Operations) and external service providers;
• Provides solution-oriented support for private and corporate customers in the areas of onboarding, product-related questions, transactions, technical support, contract changes, complaints, etc;
• Maintains an expert level of understanding of the crypto market landscape by understanding Sygnum's offering and strengths, attending conferences, understanding regulatory developments and building a strong institutional and professional stakeholder network.

Requirements

• BSc/BA in Business Administration, Finance or related field; MSc/MBA/CFA is a plus;
• Previous relevant professional experience (at least 5 years) in client-facing roles within a regulated (Swiss) financial institution;
• Experience in onboarding clients (private clients and legal entities) and familiarity with Swiss banking and ADGM regulations;
• Proven consultative thinking and analytical skills, mixed with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy with a hands-on mentality;
• Strong relationship management skills;
• An understanding of the crypto market and an existing network within the blockchain ecosystem is a plus;
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English. Arabic is a plus.
