Job description: Senior Relationship Manager
Tasks
- Development of our own customer network in the Swiss region
- Acts as a trusted advisor to customers and prospects by providing recommendations that span multiple products and services
- Develops a deep understanding of customers' needs, preferences, and overall assets, and responds to changes in the business environment or customer needs.
- Effectively manages a customer book and acts as a relationship specialist responsible for the customer experience
- Leveraging specialists, service officers, and other expert resources to ensure the integrated delivery of investment, fiduciary, credit, and banking solutions
- Building relationships with internal and external sales partners and identifying new business development opportunities
Requirements
- Ability to build strong relationships and attract new customers for the Swiss market
- Customer-focused individual with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Team player who can work under pressure
- Highly motivated and with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Fluent language skills in (Swiss) German and English, as well as effective communication skills
