Senior Release Test Engineer

Tasks

• Coordination of business partners, test teams and automated tests
• Collaboration with project teams and users to execute and manage all test cycles
• Responsibility for resource and capacity planning within the test stream of the ROC Core program

Requirements

Competencies

• At least 10 years of experience in leading teams or in a management position
• At least 10 years of experience in test management
• Several years of experience in a similar position in the financial sector
• Extensive experience with agile testing approaches
• Expert knowledge in test processes and topics relating to quality management and quality assurance
• Experience in leading process changes in an organization
• Good knowledge of the use of test tools such as Tosca, Cucumber, Selenium, JIRA Xray, Sonar Qube or similar
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and their automation technologies such as Jenkins, GitHub, etc.
• Strong experience in project management as well as change and release management
• Very good experience in the implementation of supply lines and resource planning

Education and skills

• Degree in computer science (university, university of applied sciences or equivalent diploma)
