Tasks

• They support experienced managers in the selection and sustainable implementation of change processes.
• They advise specialist departments on the development of efficient processes and appropriate controls.
• They proactively support the further development of internal audit methods and tools and thus create added value for the entire organization.

Requirements

• At least two years of practical experience in the field of internal or external auditing of banks or financial service providers, credit institutions, audit firms or auditing companies, ideally in a mandatory auditing environment.
• Sound knowledge of audit methods and instruments, regulatory requirements and internal or external audit processes.
• Successful completion of a degree in economics or law and/or an auditing examination.
• Very good knowledge of German.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• High resilience and commitment as well as stamina.
• Strong results orientation and analytical thinking and judgment.
• Professional curiosity and enjoyment of changing examination topics.
