Senior Risk & Compliance Officer – Member of the Executive Team – Full-time (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Risk Management – 70%:
  • Establishment and Further Development of the Bank's Risk Management Policies
  • Identification, Assessment, and Monitoring of Credit, Operational, and Market Risk
  • Ensuring Efficient Risk Reporting and Monitoring
  • Reporting and Analysis of Risk Metrics (RAR/IRR, Capital Adequacy, Cash Flow, etc.)
  • Supporting management in complying with regulatory requirements
  • Preparation and updating of risk inventories and risk assessments
  • Supporting the internal audit department and the external audit team in reviewing risk processes
  • Participating in risk committee meetings and preparing presentations
• Regulatory Compliance – 30%:
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (FINMA, FIA, VAG, FINMEL, etc.)
  • Conducting compliance training and awareness campaigns
  • Preparation of compliance reports for management and regulatory authorities
  • Assistance with the preparation of the compliance manual
  • Monitoring of the Anti-Money Laundering Act and Sanctions Lists

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, a degree in business law, or an equivalent qualification
• Extensive experience in risk management and/or compliance
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the compliance field, preferably in banking, portfolio management, or investment banking
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work
• Stylistically Sound German and English (Banking)
• Proficiency in using the MS Office suite; basic understanding of SQL tutorials
• Ideally, experience with Basel III/IV and Solvency II
