(Senior) Risk Manager Recovery
As Senior Risk Manager Recovery, you will be responsible for challenging debt collection cases, internal projects, and the further development of the Recovery department at BANK-now AG. You will independently handle debt collection cases, take on ad hoc tasks, and be responsible for implementing projects.
The role
As a Risk Manager Recovery, you will be responsible for challenging debt collection cases, internal projects, and the further development of the Recovery department. You will also be in contact with external stakeholders.
- Independent handling of challenging debt collection cases in compliance with the legal framework, in particular the Debt Collection and Bankruptcy Act (SchKG) and the Consumer Credit Act (KKG).
- Reviewing and responding to written and oral inquiries from external parties
Main tasks
- Taking on ad hoc tasks in recovery
- Responsibility for implementing internal projects
What we wish for
- Completed higher education (bachelor's degree, higher technical college or CAS/DAS/MAS, etc.) in the field of economics
- Several years of relevant practical experience in risk management at a financial institution or in a comparable industry, particularly in debt collection, at a recovery unit, etc.
- Expertise in the consumer finance sector
- Experience in process and project management as well as an affinity for technical aspects
- Independent and committed approach to work with a high level of quality awareness
- Solution- and results-oriented personality with conceptual, analytical, and communication skills
- Fluent German and good English skills
