Tasks

• Professional and proactive handling of accidents in close collaboration with care managers and attending physicians
• Regular communication with insured individuals, physicians, government agencies, doctors, and legal representatives
• Drafting complex correspondence and conducting challenging telephone conversations

Requirements

• Several years of experience in the field of accident insurance
• Completed vocational training in business or a comparable field, and ideally a professional certification in insurance management
• Fluency in German; knowledge of French is a plus
• Communication skills, negotiation skills, and the ability to get things done
• A motivated team player with strong organizational and process-oriented skills who can handle pressure
