Senior Claims Specialist, Accident Benefits (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Independent and competent handling of insurance claims, such as those involving care managers, legal advisors, insurers, doctors, and legal counsel
• Clear, structured analysis and assessment of insurance claims, as well as correspondence with policyholders, customers, doctors, attorneys, and government agencies
• Responsibility for processing initial reports, drafting guidelines and legal provisions, and optimizing processes
• Maintaining Customer and Partner Relationships
• Designing workflows with a clear focus on high-quality results

Requirements

• A degree in business or an equivalent qualification, preferably supplemented by vocational training or practical experience
• Several years of professional experience with a focus on employee insurance is preferred
• Proficiency in German and English (spoken and written); proficiency in French is a plus
• Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and the ability to assert oneself
• Resilience, team spirit, and the ability to work in a solution-oriented manner in a dynamic environment
