Senior Accident Benefits Administrator (m/f/x)

Tasks

Your responsibilities include:

• Independent and qualified handling of accidents in close cooperation with case management, consulting physicians, and other internal and external partners
• Independent and customer-oriented case management, including analysis and assessment of insurance claims
• Drafting sophisticated correspondence and conducting complex telephone conversations with insured persons, customers, authorities, doctors, and legal representatives
• Responsibility for case filing from initial reporting to closure, taking into account applicable guidelines and legal provisions
• Proactive co-design of processes in the team and active participation in the exchange of knowledge and the continuous optimization of processes

Your profile

Your profile should meet the following requirements:

• Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification, ideally supplemented by a professional certificate in insurance
• Several years of professional experience in the field of personal injury, preferably with a focus on accident insurance
• Very good written and spoken German, good French skills are a plus
• Strong communication skills, negotiating skills, and assertiveness
• High degree of independence, strong sense of responsibility and enjoyment in dealing with challenging issues
• Resilience, team spirit and the ability to work in a solution-oriented manner in a dynamic environment
