Job description

Tasks

• Independent and qualified handling of accidents in close cooperation with case management, consulting physicians and other internal and external partners
• Independent and customer-oriented case management, including analysis and assessment of insurance claims
• Creating sophisticated correspondence and conducting complex telephone conversations with insured persons, customers, authorities, doctors and legal representatives
• Responsibility for case processing from initial notification to closure, taking into account the applicable guidelines and legal requirements
• Proactive co-design of processes in the team and active participation in the exchange of knowledge and the continuous optimization of processes

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification, ideally supplemented by a specialist certificate in the insurance sector
• Several years of professional experience in the field of personal insurance, preferably with a focus on accident insurance
• Fluent written and spoken German, good knowledge of French is a plus
• Strong communication skills, change dynamics and assertiveness
• High degree of independence, strong sense of responsibility and enjoyment in dealing with challenging issues
• Resilience, team spirit and the ability to work in a solution-oriented manner in a dynamic environment
