Senior Sales Structured Products 100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

  • Partner with internal teams (e.g. Intermediary Desk) to leverage market insights, optimize sales approaches and expand the Structured Products business
  • Identify new business opportunities and create value-added solutions for clients through market research, industry analysis and regular client contact
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (trading, risk management and product development teams) to design and deliver innovative structured products that meet the specific needs of our clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or business administration (CFA or CAIA is a plus)
  • Proven expertise in selling structured products with a deep understanding of complex financial instruments, including actively managed certificates (AMCs) and other derivatives
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, including market trends, regulations and industry developments
  • Continuous achievement of sales targets with proven ability to achieve sales growth and expand customer relationships
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and talent for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to think creatively
  • Fluent in German and English (French is a plus)
