Tasks

• Develop and execute sales strategies to deliver customized structured products to banks, external asset managers, brokers and institutional clients
• Cross-sell complementary products and services from other Markets sales teams to strengthen customer relationships and drive revenue growth
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Intermediates Desk) to leverage market insights, optimize sales approaches and grow the structured products business
• Identifying new business opportunities and creating value-added solutions for customers through market research, industry analysis and regular customer contact
• Work closely with internal stakeholders (trading, risk management and product development teams) to design and deliver innovative structured products that meet clients' specific needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or business administration (CFA or CAIA is a plus)
• Proven expertise in selling structured products with a deep understanding of complex financial instruments, including actively managed certificates (AMCs) or other derivatives
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, including market trends, regulations and industry developments
• Continuous achievement of sales targets with proven ability to drive sales growth and expand customer relationships
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and talent for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to think creatively
• Fluent in German and English (French is a plus)
