Senior SAP Project Manager – Finance Transformation (80–100%) (f/m/d)

Tasks

- Leading and delivering complex SAP financial projects from start to finish, with a focus on:

• SAP Group Reporting
• SAP S/4HANA Finance (Financial Accounting and Management Accounting)
• Improvement and continuous enhancement of the existing SAP ERP landscape

- Ensuring the successful execution of the project in accordance with the agreed-upon objectives, deadlines, and budget targets - Taking responsibility for business analysis and project management, as well as providing relevant information, including data flows, business requirements, and test cases - Establishing and managing a strong project leadership team, including:

• Detailed Planning and Milestone Tracking
• Dependency and Integration Management
• Risk and Problem Management
• Preparation of decision-making documents, including impact analyses and proposed solutions

- Serve as the primary point of contact between Finance and IT to ensure the successful implementation of SAP solutions - Translate business requirements into SAP solutions in close collaboration with functional and technical teams - Foster collaboration with IT and Architecture to ensure that solutions align with corporate standards and the CFO’s long-term strategy - Responsible for high-quality and timely technical implementation, testing, and acceptance - Supporting business partners throughout the transformation journey to ensure acceptance and added value - Identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to the continuous development of finance SAP systems and processes

Requirements

- The ideal candidate is an experienced SAP project manager with a strong track record of delivering complex SAP financial projects in the financial services industry - Professional experience:

• Proven experience as an SAP project manager in delivering large-scale implementations, ideally including:
• Financial Accounting
• External Reporting
• Data and Reporting Architecture
• Experience in delivering projects using waterfall and agile methodologies
• Experience as a business analyst in SAP transformation projects
• Experience in the finance department (financial accounting, management accounting, consolidation) of a bank in an international environment is a plus
• Experience in the financial services industry, ideally in private banking
