Senior Software Engineer, Core Banking
Sygnnum is looking for a Senior Software Engineer in Zurich for core banking development, with a focus on Java, Quarkus/Spring, and cloud infrastructures. Tasks and area of responsibility
- Development and Maintenance of Core Banking Systems
- Building Trustworthy and Transparent Digital Products
- Work with blockchain applications, asset management, and tokenization
- A bridge between the traditional banking world and crypto financial services
Requirements
- Experience in Java (4+ years)
- Experience with Quarkus (or Spring)
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL is ideal)
- Experience with message queue technologies (Kafka preferred)
- Experience in building maintainable, scalable, and highly available systems
- Understanding of Distributed Architectures
- Experience working with AWS or similar cloud infrastructure platforms
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Understanding of low-content systems and application maintenance
- Experience with CI/CD technologies such as Maven, Groovy, Jenkins, Travis CI, etc.
