Senior Software Engineer, Dynamics365 CRM (80-100%)

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer for Dynamics365 CRM to further develop our Client Lifecycle Management system with scalable, compliant and intelligent solutions based on Dynamics365 and Azure. The ideal candidate will have experience with Dynamics365 CE/CRM and Azure and a proactive approach to problem solving and collaboration.

About the role

Our Client Lifecycle team is redefining how the bank manages clients. We're building scalable, compliant and intelligent systems with Dynamics365 and Azure to eliminate friction and free up time for what matters most: our clients.

We are looking for a Senior Engineer to strengthen our Dynamics365/CE/CRM product team. You will play a key role in further developing the backend infrastructure of our Client Lifecycle Management systems by combining deep Dynamics expertise with strong Azure engineering skills.

Main tasks

  • Design and implementation of scalable solutions in Dynamics365 CE/CRM and Azure
  • Development and maintenance of C plugins, custom workflow activities and JavaScript UI extensions
  • Building and managing integrations with Azure Functions, API Management and Terraform
  • Configuring and securing the Azure infrastructure for integration scenarios
  • Ensuring high-quality, secure code with comprehensive test coverage
  • Collaboration with SRE, security and platform teams to ensure resilience, observability and compliance
  • Taking over the entire development life cycle - from planning to production
  • Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement

Ideal candidate

  • Experience with Dynamics365 CE/CRM, including plugin and UI customization
  • Strong Azure engineering skills, in particular with: Azure Functions, API Management and Terraform
  • Solid understanding of CICD pipelines, infrastructure as code, secure cloud architecture and agile CI/CD architecture
  • Experience with Copilot Agent
  • Agile, MVP-driven approach and curiosity about new technologies
  • Experience working with sensitive data (e.g. PII) in regulated environments
  • A proactive attitude with a passion for problem solving and collaboration
