Senior Software Engineer - CRM

Tasks

• Design and implementation of scalable solutions in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM PowerPlatform and Azure.
• Design and implementation of APIs and backend services in C#/.NET and Java/K Quartz.
• Design and implementation of Java- and/or Python-based AI agents.
• Development and maintenance of C-plugins, custom workflows/activities, JavaScript UI extensions, and Power Automate flows.
• Setting up and managing integrations using Azure Functions and API Management.
• Help secure the Azure infrastructure for integration scenarios.
• Ensuring high-quality, secure code with comprehensive test coverage.
• Collaborate with SRE, security, and platform teams to ensure resilience, observability, and compliance.
• Taking responsibility for the entire development lifecycle—from concept to production.
• Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Engineering skills in the design and implementation of APIs and backend services.
• Flexibility in working with a broad technology stack.
• Fluency in AI-assisted engineering.
• Previous experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Power Platform or other SaaS solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and secure cloud architecture.
• Experience working with sensitive data in regulated environments.
• A proactive attitude with a passion for problem-solving and fostering collaboration.
• An agile, MVP-driven approach and a curiosity about new technologies.
