Senior Solutions Engineer (Zurich/Geneva/Lausanne/Sion)

Tasks

• As a leader in technical assets within a globally leading infrastructure provider, we aim to serve as the bridge between our strategic positioning in modern engineering labs and our clients' needs for IT, system administration, identity and access management, and other enterprise solutions.
• Implement and manage the company’s entire customer base and provide real-time, high-quality service.
• Develop new tools and platforms, team operations, infrastructure improvements, a product development roadmap, project delivery, and quality-related activities
• Lead the planning, implementation, and integration of Taurus Solutions products, or have access to SAP databases
• Manage the demand for various products and solutions among team members, sales, and customer relations with internal and external partners
• Establish and maintain a strategic relationship with each customer to support the consistent use of our products and services
• Partner with customers to continuously improve Taurus tools, meet our customers' needs, and strengthen our team
• Accelerate customer needs and service needs
• Provide support, help partners and business unit customers gain a broader perspective on Taurus products, and continuously improve current capabilities on a daily basis based on customer needs and productivity levels
• Organize and implement technical and user communities for customers

Requirements

• Proven experience of at least ten years in implementing and managing projects (SAS engineering, infrastructure management, cloud systems, and other enterprise solutions—including design, migration, implementation, development, and maintenance work)
• Expert knowledge of or expertise in using a variety of network management tools and infrastructure management
• Implementation and administration of modern Office 365 solutions, e-categories, security solutions, analytics, timepieces customer segments, and other enterprise software solutions
• Ability to work under pressure, manage solutions, and lead teams in a strategic manner to meet production requirements
• Extensive experience in database development and DB2 solutions for end-user development, preferably in PL, Java, or Python
• Operational experience and strong organizational skills
• Willing to work around the clock
• Willing to travel regularly to customer offices
• Ability to work at the intersection of digital assets and finance
