Senior Solutions Engineer (Zurich/Geneva/Lausanne/Genf)

Tasks

• Bring extensive technical experience in one of our global business areas: public and bridge services with our banking partners and our clients' technical user interfaces, Cy Pres administration, and end-to-end integration—from mining to clients.
• Ensure that each of our onboarded customers receives customized environments, tools, and the necessary quality of staff.
• Developing or scaling solutions for clients.
• Use of websites, AI, or product-driven marketing, including the use of a technical approach; sub-optimization; creation of data markets; and offerings to customers.
• Leading the planning and integration of Taurus customers into virtual or physical IoT environments.
• Understanding product requirements, determining the feasibility of the solution, creating user stories, coordinating with stakeholders and launching the project, and coordinating with teams on architectural requirements and capabilities.
• Designing and developing cost-effective logic and platforms to ensure customer success.
• Build trusting relationships with Taurus customers to manage and develop self-awareness and best practices for service.
• Work with customers to ensure, on an ongoing basis, that Taurus's offerings best meet customer needs and use cases.
• Promoting customer meetings across teams.
• Guiding the solution path through expertise in Taurus products in collaboration with partners and customers.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that engineering problems are resolved in a timely and consistent manner—safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
• Organizing and defining technical and user documentation for customers.

Requirements

• Participated in the hands-on development and implementation of on-premises blockchain projects; led enterprise architecture, delivery teams, and QA in complex cross-functional environments. Focused on technical feasibility, implementation, and project launch.
• Practical experience in blockchain-related development, including data modeling.
• Supporting Taurus in the development of its blockchain architecture and testing.
• Proven experience with one or more DevOps skill sets (including Docker), cloud computing, CI/CD, and application management.
• Significant contributions to native Docker and Helm package resources, the Kubernetes ecosystem, and projects including Taurus SA and Tauris, Switzerland.
• Extensive experience with modern DevOps tools (Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Terraform, Python, GitLab, etc.).
• Ability to work with others and on complex solutions and to improve them, while always prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge/experience in database management (SQL) and database experience, preferably in DB, Java, or Python.
• Interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• A light touch, friendly, and focused on the project and its practical development.
• Willingness to travel regularly to visit my clients.
