Senior Specialist - Finance Accounting & Reporting
The position of Senior Specialist - Finance Accounting & Reporting at ING Bank in Poland involves responsibility for key financial processes and reporting. The successful candidate should have at least 3 years' experience in finance, accounting, or taxation, and possess analytical skills and knowledge of MS Office and MSR/MSGL.
Tasks
- Implementation of processes in the areas of financial analysis and business accounting, as well as the efficiency of our processes
- Work on calculating the efficiency of our processes and the efficiency of collaboration with our teams to exercise control
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in finance, accounting, or taxation
- Knowledge of MSR/MSGL and/or practical experience with these tools
- Proficient command of German (B2) and English (MS Office required)
- Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under time pressure in a dynamic environment with changing objectives
- Experience in accounting and/or taxes and proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of banking products and understanding of their impact on reporting
